Gerrard White are working with a leading Occupation Health provider who are looking for a 1st Line Technician to join their Service Desk team. You will be dealing with inbound helpdesk requests, working with internal and external users to resolve simple issues,and setting realistic timescales for complex problems.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Dealing with inbound helpdesk requests, working with internal and external users to resolve simple issues and setting realistic timescales for complex problems.
- You'll have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Accountable for managing and prioritising your own queue of work.
- You will work strictly within the bounds of our Information Security Management System to help protect the sensitive information that we process.
- You will provide a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
**What we need from you**:

- Clear communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills to include the use of database systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A minimum GCSE C Grade in both English and Maths
- Ideally have the ability to read and write structured query language (SQL)
- Data manipulation using Excel and/or ETL tools
