Bulletproof, an innovative and expanding Cyber Security specialist, is looking to recruit an Account Executive (Inbound), based in Stevenage, to join our team to support accelerating our growth in the market. Ideally stemming from a B2B (Business-to-Business) sales background, we are looking for an confident and self-motived individual to support our existing sales and support team and will be responsible for developing inbound sales enquiries.
You as our Account Executive will spend the majority of your time following up leads coming into the business through our webfrom or over the phone and will progress sales through to completion across our suite of Cyber Security and Consultancy services. Key to the role will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and partnering with them to select appropriate packages in a consultative manner (full training is given on our Cyber Security services to equip you with all the necessary tools and knowledge for this).
As a pivotal member of our Sales Team, we are looking for someone who has a natural flair to build trust, credibility and rapport alongside the ability to support customers on their journey through our sales process. An overview of the main duties has been provided below:
- Provide a first-class sales service to clients via our inbound channels (both webform and telephone) from initial enquiry through to sales closure;
- With a customer-centric approach, progress clients through our sales process, including gathering sales intelligence and objection handling, acting as a trusted adviser
- Record all sales activity in our CRM (Pipedrive);
- Build and maintain a pipeline of live opportunities.
**Please note**:the role will be based at our Head Office in Stevenage and our standard working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
**What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role**
- Previous Sales or Account Management experience in a B2B (Business-to-Business environment) is highly advantageous;
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely whilst building rapport and trust;
- Customer-centric approach to sales; understanding their needs and drivers with the ability to handle objections and remove barriers;
- Confident, engaging and professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated, self-starter, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, hungry to close deals and earn excellent commission
- Positive and engaging telephone manner;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with experience of using a CRM (we use Pipedrive, and will provide full training);
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time;
- Pro-active and enthusiastic with a can do attitude;
- Good commercial acumen;
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player.
