If successful, you will be working with pupils between the ages of 5-11 years as part of a very supportive and welcoming team who work hard to encourage and support the learning and development of pupils in their school. We have recently had a few membersof staff start work at the school, all say how friendly and welcoming the team were

The pupils you will work with all have either SEMH and/or autism, which means you will need to manage very challenging and disruptive behaviours on a regular basis. Teaching Personnel can offer you a wide range of CPD courses in SEN, to support you in your career. Courses include Teaching Assistant Diplomas, Child Psychology and Understanding Autism.
