Your daily responsibilities will include:Individualised Support: Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to help them understand concepts and complete tasks.Classroom Collaboration: Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, prepare educational materials, and help maintain an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.Emotional & Social Development: Serve as a mentor, guiding students in developing essential social and emotional skills.Progress Monitoring: Provide valuable feedback to the teacher on student progress, challenges, and successes to help inform and adapt support strategies.The Ideal Candidate: Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking a compassionate and resilient individual with a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
