Our client, a well-established and successful international company, is looking to recruit an ambitious, creative and passionate Social Media Executive to develop and deliver the social media marketing strategy along with the wider team.

Responsible for company presence across social media and to manage social-style marketing programs. Social media activities include promoting websites and products on social platforms, creating fun and engaging social content to drive traffic, delivering key marketing messages, increasing our social media following & engagement, promoting company events, or engaging with the social media audience.

Working alongside and reporting to the MD duties will include:

- Develop and implement the social media strategy with support from the Ecommerce and Retail teams.
- Create compelling content including imagery and video for social audiences in a purpose-built on-site studio.
- Identify relevant influencers and content creators to work with and liaise with them to create the content we need.
- Manage content calendar and day-to-day presence on social media platforms.
- Post the content you or collaborators create on social media channels.
- Execute a variety of elements for social media campaigns including content seeding, moderating user-generated content and any other activities as required.
- Ability to create, manage and report on paid-for media across all social platforms.
- Measure and report on the efficiency of social campaigns in addition to real-time monitoring of social profiles
- Demonstrate creative thinking in creating conversation opportunities around real-time events.
- Establish networks of brand advocates through blogger research or influencer marketing, qualification, and collaborative projects
- Monitor trends in social media broadly and within the brand community specifically, to ensure the brand remains adaptive; keep managers up to speed with developments.

Experience in using social media software such as Sprout Social would be preferable but not essential.
