**Responsibilities**:
As our Social Media executive, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
- Managing all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance social media performance.
- Collaborating with the team to integrate social media into the overall customer journey strategy.
- Creating and managing competitions, promotions, lead generation, and engagement campaigns.
- Developing relationships with influencers in the real estate sector.
- Writing compelling posts and articles, and creating engaging multimedia content.
- Managing and facilitating social media communities, responding to posts and fostering discussions.
- Monitoring and reporting on social media platform performance using tools such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
- Educating and promoting the use of social media within the company.

- Experience in defining social media and content strategies.
- Ability to translate complex real estate products into engaging content.
- Proficiency in managing social communities and providing excellent social customer service.
- Strong written English and social copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of paid social and effective reporting of social ROI.
- Excellent program management skills with a can-do attitude.
- High customer focus and effective communication and influencing skills.
- Consultative approach to business problems and a flair for innovation.

**Job Type**: Part -time

**Experience**:

- Social Media Experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
