We are looking for an individual that can manage our social media accounts and marketing strategy across all channels.

This is a part time role initially however would look to increase early next year. It would suit a freelancer or student. Although you can work remotely some weeks. We would require you to be based in the North West as you will be required to attend events where possible.

You must have a keen interest in music, the arts, events and festivals

Creativity and strategic thinking are key to this role.

Organic campaigns - understanding how to build a brand on social media and engage with target audiences, including managing our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Youtube accounts. You must be confident in curating engaging content including reels and be a social media natural - skilled and savvy.

Paid campaigns - you must have demonstrable success in creating, managing, and executing paid campaigns across Instagram and Facebook.

**What the job entails;**
- Creating, monitoring and managing paid ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, as well as PPC campaigns
- Maintaining and monitoring all our social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Creating and editing images and producing engaging video content daily that reaches key audiences and generates leads
- Keeping up-to-date with key social trends/viral video content and using your creativity to identify how you could adapt it for use on our channels
- Communicating with followers / responding to comments
- Focus on audience interaction and growing ticket sales

**What we are looking for;**
- A degree or studying a degree ideally in marketing
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and paid marketing strategies
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Premier Pro
- Ability to manage & organise own workload and think creatively
- Photography/videography experience is essential - if you have a good eye for what works on social media, how to create it, and are naturally creative then we want to hear from you

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
