We are seeking a Social Media Lead to join our multi-disciplined in-house marketing team. This role will work across all social media platforms; Contributing to help us to grow to achieve the annual objectives that embodies the goals of core message of IVG. A healthier alternative to smoking.
**Reporting to** : Head of Marketing
**Main duties**:
- Responsible for the growth and development of the social media strategy to foster engagement and brand awareness.
- Work closely with eCommerce and Digital Marketing to create and implement the social, branding and multi-media communications strategy to assist in lead generation; retaining customer loyalty to increase customer lifetime value; increasing ATV; increasing new customer acquisition within agreed budgets.
- Work closely with Content Marketing to disseminate engaging and compelling content that reinforces the business’ expert status.
- Understand and research the market to create new and exciting ways of engaging with the target audience across all social channels driving traffic to the website.
- Lead in the reporting of social activity, constantly striving to improve engagement and outreach to build our tribe.
- Responsible for the planning of the social calendar and scheduling all social activity.
- Assist in organising and facilitation of exhibitions & events.
- Understanding of marketing campaigns and brand strategy.
- Prioritisation of workload to meet agreed deadlines.
- Liaison with external agencies and printers where required.
- Working knowledge of analytics, scheduling, photoshop and video editing software
**Role requirements**:
- 3 years’ experience, working in marketing or communications is desirable.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of photoshop / video editing software desired but not essential.
- Digital marketing understanding.
- Pro-active, detailed approach to tasks with the ability to use own initiative.
- Energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
- A great communicator both verbally and written.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
