**Dimensions**:Full-Time. 40 hours Monday - Friday
**Report to**: Marketing Manager
**What You’d Be Doing in This Role**
As Cure Clinics continues to scale, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So, this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
As the Social Media Specialist, you will collaborate with multiple teams across the Cure Clinics network to identify, develop, generate, and evaluate compelling social media content plans and campaigns. Working closely with digital, content, communications, and design teams, you will act as a creative and editorial filter, ensuring consistent high-quality, informative, and engaging narratives across all social media platforms. Your role will involve inspiring our diverse range of audiences through the effective distribution of relevant content such as video shorts, reels, graphics, paid ads, and images that resonate with each social media audience. In addition to operational tasks involving content strategy and management, you will play a strategic role in continually reviewing and enhancing the Cure Clinics’ social media strategy.
**Activities**
In addition to managing the overall social media strategy for the Cure Clinics portfolio, the Social Media Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that showcase the amazing things happening within Cure Clinics.
- Manage the social accounts across the Cure Clinics Group— Dentistry, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, TikTok and YouTube) and build out campaigns that attract new patients to join the Cure Clinics community.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations and relationships with our audience.
- Curate and oversee the social content calendar and make sure that activity is aligned with our overall content strategy.
- Creating, driving, and optimising paid ad campaigns across all social outlets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and cultural trends.
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Bring innovative and creative solutions to our social media strategy to establish Cure Clinics as a leading healthcare organisation.
**About You**
- 3-4 years experience in managing multiple social channels and a proven track record in developing and delivering social media content strategies.
- A quick learner and creative thinker with hands-on experience in directing and managing content for brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand voice and tone.
- A passion for creating content that inspires, educates, and celebrates community.
- Data-focused with the ability to see what’s working and what isn’t, and to turn those insights into new opportunities.
- Regularly keep abreast of technological advances and software improvements.
- Strong at planning, organising, prioritising, and executing simultaneous projects.
- Proficiency in social media management and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk or Hootsuite is a must.
- A passion for photography, videography, and visual storytelling is a plus.
- Confident familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is also a plus.
**Cure Clinics**
Cure Clinics is one of the UK’s fastest-growing private healthcare organisations. We’re a multi-site, multi-disciplinary group with a wild vision to become the UK’s no.1 healthcare provider by reframing the patient experience.
This is a pivotal role that will be at the forefront of all our messaging across existing and future social media channels. We are looking for someone who has an innate understanding of and passion for social media. Our new Social Media Specialist will play a central role as we create and scale our social strategy across the North-West and beyond.
**What's in it for you?**
Achieving our big crazy goals motivates us to work hard - and we do - but you'll experience lots of moments of magic, connectivity and fun woven throughout life at Cure Clinics, too. Your happiness and well-being at work matter to us, so we offer a range of benefits to set you up for every success in and outside of work.
**Other Stuff to Know**
We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills, and passion, as well as how you can enhance Cure Clinics and our culture. Personal development and progress are encouraged.
