We're looking for a creative and strategic social media and video specialist to drive our presence across a variety of social channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our brand is seen online and help to make complex legal concepts engaging and accessible to all.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll be responsible for helping us to produce regular, engaging and audience-driven digital content. You'll take ownership of our social media channels, produce impactful graphics and video content and develop digital storytelling strategies that engage our audiences.

Our ideal candidate is a naturally energetic and creative team player. You'll have the opportunity to work across a huge variety of services and sectors, from family, sport and celebrity through to major corporate deals and high-profile media matters.

Key Responsibilities
Social media strategy & management

  • Own and develop our social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other emerging platforms through both organic and paid strategies.
  • Work closely with our talented lawyers to help them build their personal brands online and stand out as experts.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with our brand voice, audiences and objectives.
  • Create eye-catching graphics and help us to stand out and be recognised online.
  • Build and nurture engaged digital communities.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates and technology developments to help us stay ahead and keep content fresh, useful and highly relevant.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, report on successes and refine strategy.

Video content creation

  • Collaborate with fee earners and subject matter experts to produce on-brand video content, tailored to the needs of our audiences.
  • Lead ideation, scripting, direction and editing of video assets.
  • Ensure that all video content is optimised for search engine visibility and social media algorithms.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within legal or professional services.
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with a knack for translating complex legal topics into engaging and understandable content.
  • Knowledge of video creation and production.
  • Strong understanding of SEO & AIO principles and how they apply to social and video content.
  • Deep understanding of how social media platform's function and how to succeed, including their algorithms and best practices.
  • A team player mentality.
  • A genuine love for storytelling, writing and marketing.
  • Experience in confidently working with and advising senior stakeholders.
