An exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for Digital Marketing to join a dynamic full service Digital, Marketing & creative agency, based in Preston, Lancashire.

ICG is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to work alongside our in-house digital team to create, develop and implement data-driven digital performance marketing strategies. Client focused, the role requires a professional with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

You will be joining a motivated dynamic team – you have plenty of opportunity to develop your skills, learn emerging channels and technologies as well as exchange ideas across the agency. We are looking for someone who is looking to progress their career journey, working independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends and embracing new technologies.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong Digital marketing experience
  • PPC experience specifically within Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
  • Good Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console and Ahrefs
  • Social media management experience
  • Good Knowledge of Meta Business Suite & Linkedin
  • Content writing experience
  • Some broader marketing experience and understanding
  • Willing to learn and engage with the wider agency. It will be a varied role and a chance to get involved with lots of different areas of marketing
  • Experience with WordPress and other website content management systems
  • Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will help deliver the following:

  • Work with both clients and colleagues to brainstorm ideas and create strategic marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimise paid search, display and video campaigns (Adwords & Bing Ads)
  • Edit content and provide website recommendations including the creation of landing pages
  • Social Media Management – Social media updates and paid social advertising across multiple client accounts
  • Produce regular client performance reports and strategic insights
