**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Officer, Funds KYC will support the Fund Administration teams by co
- ordinating the seamless on boarding of investors as well as maintaining a high level of support to the Fund Administration teams for BAU.

**Tasks**:

- You will ensure all client data/structures are accurate and complete in PureClient.
- You will add all investment data to PureClient for screening purposes.
- You will check all investor data with PureClient.
- You will work closely with your Manager and the Senior Management team in the on-boarding of new investors, regularly reporting on progress.
- You will work closely with your team to develop an understanding and insight of the investor acceptance process.
- You will assist with co-ordinating the risk profiling and rating of new investors and the periodic reviews of existing investors.
- You will implement change and share knowledge effectively.
- You will develop and maintain strong, effective, working relationships with the administration teams within the Funds business.
- You will ensure that the on boarding service provided to investors is consistent and delivered within best practice, fulfilling all contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.
- You will use your own judgement and bring to the attention of your Manager any issues which you feel appropriate, in particular ensuring that concerns and identified risks are reported in a timely and effective manner.
- The role requires the individual to provide a high-level quality of internal and external client service.

**Qualifications**
- **Background experience**:

- Knowledge of the finance industry
- **Technical**:

- Familiar with processing CDD/KYC information, preferably in a fund environment. Knowledge of FATCA/CRS requirements would be an advantage
- **Computer / program knowledge**:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Have the ability to adapt to different software and systems.
