**Job Advert Summary**:
Maitland is a fund services firm providing seamless secretarial and administration services to a wide range of investment structures across multiple jurisdictions.

We are privately owned and fully independent with 475 employees and over $200 billion in assets under administration.

Responsible for routine day-to-day administration of various fund structures under the direction of a Senior Client Relationship Manager.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 4-5 years proven financial services industry experience with an emphasis on administration
- Be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Senior Fund Administrator will be expected to:

- Act as a ‘B’ signatory on behalf of the Company
- Review and approve payments for various fund expenses;
- Ensure client enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner;
- Oversee Audit process and ensure Audit liaison is dealt with in a timely manner;
- Review and approve client Board packs before distribution;
- Assist and oversee the Company’s oversight programme;
- Offer support with billing client entities;
- Assisting with onboarding of new Investors including collection and review of due diligence;
- Assist with training of junior members of staff and oversee junior team members on a day to day basis;
- Perform other day-to-day duties of fund administration and office duties.

**Skills**:

- Experience and valuations knowledge gained from within the financial services sector.
- Basic understanding of Financial Statements process.
- Knowledge of Guernsey Statutory and Regulatory requirements
- The individual will need to be self-motivated, conscientious and able to work to and meet tight deadlines as well as being able to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate well at all levels both internally and externally.
- Excellent computer skills, in particular Word and Excel, are an essential requirement.
