**Job Description**:

- You will create, process and produce sales ledger invoices in accordance with relevant timetables.
- You will ensure that all expenses recoverable from clients are correctly valued, and that payment of fees by clients are correctly recorded and allocated to invoices on a timely basis.
- You will be responsible for monitoring staff time recordings and generating relevant exception reports for circulation to staff, whilst prompting the relevant corrective actions.
- You will provide support to the Funds business in all aspects of billing, liaising regularly with the administration teams.
- You will prepare relevant billing recovery reports and circulate as required, including assisting with the management of trade debtors.
- You will prepare and process accounting journals, along with the preparation of cheque requisitions and process respective journals as required.
- You will prepare authorisation documentation for payments that are to be remitted from the office or pooled client accounts.
- You will provide assistance in the set up and implementation of changes to time and billing processes and configuration.
- You will support the business to ensure that supplier invoices are appropriately authorised and remitted to the accounts payable function for settlement.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance, reconciliation and monitoring of pooled client money accounts.

Any other ad hoc tasks that may be required.

**Qualifications**:
Previous financial experience

Bookkeeping experience desirable

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
