**The purpose of your role as Marketing Manager,**will be to develop and deliver the annual marketing plans for the introducer partner channel, to support the delivery of the business targets for the channel, ensuring alignment and integrationwith sales plans.

**Your responsibilities as Marketing Manager will include**:

- Developing and delivering the annual marketing plans for the introducer channel for Invoice Finance, FX and Asset Finance in line with agreed spend and business targets
- Planning and managing introducer events, both face to face and virtual,working with our sales team.
- Supporting with communication to prospective new strategic partners and marketing campaigns to the partner’s client base.
- Managing the Introducer partner marketing budget to ensure that spend is deployed effectively and within agreed limits
- Building out the introducer segmentation to enable a more targeted approach (messages/channels) based on the needs and expectations of the segment
- Regularly analysing the performance of both the channel as a whole and any marketing activities undertaken within it, to inform future activity development and refinement of plans
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure that we drive efficiencies in content and timing of activity across channels
- Adopting a continuous test and learn methodology in activity development, underpinned by a strong understanding of both the needs of our partners and market insight
- Working with the brand team to ensure that the brand is developed to best support existing and new partnershipsand content is developed for the channel in line with brand guidelines.

**What we are looking for in our ideal Marketing Manager**:

- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills, both with external and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
