We are looking for an **Environmental, Social and Governance Champion**to proactively develop & promote the BFS Compass community globally - driving engagement, designing and sharing related communications and events. **Your responsibilities as our Environmental, Social and Governance Champion will include**: - Being an advocate across BFS - to inspire, drive, activate, support, link up and collaborate with champions in the countries we operate within - Identifying and coordinating Compass-type and related activities already happening across the wider business within BFS - Creating and managing a calendar of event & activities to create synergies and one view of all efforts - Managing and supporting BLG connection across all points - Ensuring close collaboration with BLG Communications team - Working closely with the External Communications and Marketing teams within the business as well as the Managing Directors' communities within the other countries - Using various online social media platforms to boost and elevate the introduction of their activities and thoughts that will be implemented - Leading on various project management activities to ensure the role delivers on the Compass objectives **What we are looking for in our ideal Environmental, Social and Governance Champion**: - Very strong people skills with the ability to work in a team environment - Experience in leading working forums and discussion groups - Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and driving change and adoption There’s no place quite like BFS and we’re proud of that.
