**The Role**

The Creative Designer/ Artworker will report to our Creative Lead and work alongside our other Creative, producing a wealth of printed and digital material to improve the guest experience, drive conversions, improve retention and promote brand awareness. The Creative Designer/ Artworker should be well-versed in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, thrive working in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in artworking and sending print-ready files to suppliers.

Becoming part of a close-knit and supportive team, this role is for an enthusiastic individual, eager to learn and hone their skills with a glass half full attitude and high attention to detail.

Within your role of Creative Designer/ Artworker, you will design on-site printed material to improve our guests experience whilst promoting campaigns, and be responsible for designing digital assets for our social media, website, mailers, digital adverts and screens. The role will also involve working alongside the Creatives to carry out photoshoots and assist with other areas of the Marketing Team to improve the current output with creative solutions.

**What we Need from You**
- 2 Years minimum design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
- Knowledge and experience of using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- The ability to use after Premier Pro is desirable, but not essential
- An understanding of design for print vs digital
- Strong typography and layout skills with excellent attention to detail
- A good knowledge of print and the print process, and to be able to liaise with printers confidently if needed to do so.
- Feel comfortable working to current brand guidelines to create the day-to-day output that our properties will require
- The confidence and skill to communicate your ideas and work clearly
- A great team player with the ability to manage your own workload and meet department deadlines.
