With over 60 stores in Saudi Arabia (27 women’s, 32 kids) and 6 kids stores in the United Arab Emirates and now expanded globally with womenswear into fur ther middle eastern countries, we remain the fastest growing brand in the Middle Eastern fashion market.

Our product has a boutique feel which you will be involved in from start to finish and have influence on building a well-designed and very detailed range.

**What are we looking for?**
Someone who is wanting to develop their career in Design, have a passion for fashion and a desire to add value to all our stunning collections.
You must have the ability to prioritise and organise your day and adapt to change. You must be an excellent communicator to all levels of the business.
**The Role?**
To be responsible for designing an exciting, innovative, commercial collection that exceeds customer’s expectations and optimises profitability of the brand.
**What skills do you need?**
**Customer & Brand Awareness**
- Clearly identify and understand the brands core customer, market position and key competitors.
- Produce key customer boards to reflect the lifestyle and desires of the customer
- Continually re-evaluate the demands of the customer to exceed their expectations
- Encourages and ensures that team are focussed on customer profile in everything they do.
**Product Development**
- Actively develops brand handwriting in line with brand product strategy - right quality, right price, right fashionability for the customer.
- Identify key fabrics, colours and shapes to identify key trends relevant to the brand and produce mood boards to represent the direction of collections and present to Directors.
- Collate colour palettes; fabric and trim direction to send to manufacturing partners to source in order to build libraries in the design room that are commercial, exciting and affordable.
- Produce innovative collections in line with the brand strategy. Design collections with strong outfit building and that have strong visual impact in store.
- Understand store design and layout in order to always think about how it is displayed to the customer to increase sales.
- Produce highly detailed technical design drawings with every detail included to send to manufacturing partners to get right first time samples.
- Work with international hubs and manufactures to understand capabilities of manufactures to produce innovative factory friendly designs that are within the brands cost parameters.
- Manage the direction of each collection by defining the styling, print direction and fabric interest to design a cohesive collection that is new and trend lead.
- Interprets trends without infringing copyright, design rights or trademarks and strives to be first to launch trends in the market place as appropriate for the brand.
- Manage longer lead time and quicker response manufacturing to deliver a coordinated range in store at the right time, that offers outfit building to the customer.
- Produce trend document and present to relevant areas of the business.
**Product Management**
- Manage critical path to ensure timely production of all design packs to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time.
- Responsible for managing team to ensure critical dates are always adhered to
- Manage sample hit rate and continually work on effective ways to improve & control.
- Work with team to manage option requirements and to produce a balanced range to ensure that what is being designed is required and moving the range forward.
**Working with People**
- Coach and train team, helping them acquire the skills and knowledge to be more effective in their job
- Manage team to ensure the organisation of department at all times
- Ensure design team are always aware of best worst/ sellers
- Works with rest of design team to support and develop all assistants in design room
**Quality & Fit**
- Work with quality team to ensure the minimum quality standards required for the brand are met and taken into consideration when designing new styles.
