We are now seeking an experienced and inspiring Group Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations across the group, championing excellence and innovation in every venue. About The Role As our Group Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all restaurants, bars, cafés, and event spaces across our beautiful properties. You’ll set the vision for our Food & Beverage operations, driving consistency, quality, and profitability while ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, a leader who can inspire teams, innovate our menus and service, and elevate the Barons Eden experience across all sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire multi‑site Food & Beverage teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold our brand values. Develop and implement group‑wide strategies, operational standards, and best practices. Partner with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless, guest‑focused operations. Oversee budgets, financial performance, and supplier partnerships to maximise quality and profitability. Champion training, development, and wellbeing initiatives to grow high‑performing teams. Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Drive creativity in menu design and presentation, reflecting the Barons Eden ethos of wellness and indulgence. Continually enhance guest satisfaction through insight, innovation, and exceptional delivery. About You You’re a confident and passionate hospitality professional with proven success leading multi‑site Food & Beverage operations. You balance operational discipline with creative flair and have a genuine love for food, people, and experience.
