We're on the hunt for a Midweight Graphic Designer with a passion for high-impact, beautiful design that connects. You'll bring creativity, organisation, and leadership to every project, from digital campaigns to stunning print collateral, and play a key role in mentoring our junior team.

What You'll Do

You'll take ideas from concept to creation, turning marketing calendars into fully-fledged seasonal campaigns that stop people in their tracks. You'll design across both digital and physical retail, crafting visuals that excite, inspire, and sell.

· Digital Focus:

Create scroll-stopping campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and beyond. Design dynamic content including social grids, reels, website assets, emails, and banners.

· Retail & In-Store:

Bring brands to life through window displays, POS materials, brochures, event activations, and creative retail moments.

· Creative Leadership:

Lead brainstorms, manage multiple projects, and ensure every piece of work shines, on time and to an exceptional standard.

Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams, supporting campaigns from concept to completion.

What We're Looking For

· A degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts (or equivalent experience)

· 3+ years' commercial design experience in a fast-paced creative studio

· Adobe Creative Suite expert (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)

· Comfortable on Mac and confident using Wix or Shopify

· A strong communicator, both visually and verbally, who can think strategically

· Proven experience working with retail or fashion brands

· A creative problem-solver who thrives on turning ideas into action

· Have a driving license and your own transport (essential for this role)

The Details

· Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hrs/week) Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

· Location: UK-based (driving required)

· Salary: £30K+ depending on experience
