Curo, a leading Housing Association based in Bath, is seeking a confident individual to take on the role of Customer Administrator.
This role is a 6 month FTC
**What you'll be doing**
As a landlord, Curo are required to carry out safety checks on all our residential properties to ensure they are maintained in a safe condition for our tenants.
This role is focused on obtaining access to our outstanding occupied properties, which we have so far, not been able to carry out the necessary safety checks.
The successful Customer Administrator will be expected to visit the properties as an initial approach to arrange access for our contractors, followed up with a coordinated strategy with the internal departments at Curo.
This role will be split between office (3 days) and field based where needed.
The main objective of the role is to assist the Safety Appointment Access Co-ordinator in ensuring we gain access to Curo properties in a timely manner to complete household safety compliance checks.

The successful Customer Administrator will ideally have the following background and skills:
- Have a background of using face to face communication skills within a customer service environment.
- Administration background using written communication skills.
- Evidence a methodical and organised approach to work with the ability to handle a varied workload, being able to cope with interruptions and changes quickly.
- Demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Have experience in working collaboratively in projects both externally and internally.
At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same
We will need to take up an Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start.
