The Bertinet Bakery is an award-winning artisan bakery and we are supplying to many of the best establishments in Bath and Bristol. We have created partnerships with customers with the highest standards, from Michelin Star restaurants to 5 star hotels.
We are looking for a **Customer Care** Administrator** to join our team to create new and exciting partnerships to help us grow.
You will be reporting to the **Bakery** Manager,** with the focus on providing excellent customer service and increasing sales from certain existing customers.
**Here are some key areas we think you can impact in this role**:
- Deal with customers questions / issues / complaints while delivering excellent customer care at all times
- Account administration duties, interdepartmental reporting and paperwork
- Always working as part of a team
- Overall responsibility of day-to-day office admin.
- Checking and filing of all technical paperwork.

- Good computer skills including Excel and the bread management system (BMS)
- Works well in a fast paced environment, trouble shooting and problem solving
- Can work under pressure, working to daily deadlines
- Great attention to details and high accuracy rate
- Passion for food products and appetite for great customer service
**Contracted hours: 35 hours**
**Working Hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm,**
**Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday**
**Pay: £12.50/hour**
