Sudale Search are delighted to be partnering with this growing, logistics business in London. We are looking for a Contact Centre Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the Contact Centre Agents and managing several Team Leaders to ensure the teamare consistently meeting agreed service levels.
As the Contact Centre Manager, you will be delivering key initiatives to drive the team’s performance. You will be accountable for the Team Leaders and Contact Centre Agents, motivating and managing KPI’s to achieve company targets. You will support theHead of Sales in the development and implementation of longer-term enhancements to improve the performance of the Contact Centre function.
The ideal person for the Contact Centre Manager will:
- Lead and managed a Contact Centre Team
- Strong People Management skills with an ability to motivate teams
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Must be able to work at pace
- A proven track record in implementing SLA’s and setting KPI’s
- Experience in Salesforce (desirable)
On offer?
**Salary**: 46,000 (negotiable) plus bonus
