**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Analyse customer queries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Assist in training new staff members as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity in interactions.
- Experience in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a call centre environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times.
