B&NES Heritage Services, who manage the Roman Baths, Fashion Museum, Victoria Art Gallery and World Heritage Centre in Bath, are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join their Customer Service Team on a fixed-term 18-month contract.

Please note that this role would include rota’d weekend and bank holiday working; it is estimated that the successful applicant would be required to work one weekend in four.

**We are**:
We’re the B&NES Heritage Services Customer Service Team, who look after customer enquiries, ticket bookings and group sales for the Fashion Museum, Victoria Art Gallery, World Heritage Centre and the world-renowned Roman Baths in Bath.

Right now, we need a Customer Service Officer to join our team, and that’s where you come in. You’ll work in our friendly, close-knit team, of 5 people. We work to provide excellent customer service to all visitors and tour operators booking tickets to our museums and events, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our visitors have an excellent experience with us at every stage of their visit.

**You are**:
You’re an experienced professional who can demonstrate real flair for customer service and ticket sales, and a great working knowledge of the tourism market and customer relations. IT expertise, confident communication skills and experience in customer service (preferably in a visitor attraction or heritage setting) are a must, and ideally, you’ll be friendly with a good customer service manner, organised and efficient and interested in arts, heritage and tourism. You will also need to be available for weekend working on a rota. You’ll be ready to work with the public, in a busy office on a daily basis.
