This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering first-class support to customers. DAY TO DAY Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries in person as well as via the telephone and email. Supporting customers with setting up and managing their accounts. Handling a variety of customer requests and processing transactions accurately. Promoting and assisting with the use of online services and digital tools. Taking ownership of customer queries and providing excellent service at all times. Ensuring company policies and compliance standards are followed. Collaborating with colleagues across different teams and providing support when needed. Getting involved in initiatives to improve customer experience and retention. WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and empathetic approach. Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently when required. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong organisational and time management skills. Be able to do the occasional Saturday morning, and work across two sites in Bath. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
