We are working with a leading Logistics business who are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator role, offering an immediate start. This is a long-term temporary assignment with great benefits.

**Client Details**

Our client are leaders in their market and have become one of the most successful Logistics businesses in the UK. As they continue to grow, they now have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join their established team on a long-term temporarybasis.

**Description**

As the Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- Raising and processing purchase orders and credit notes
- Assisting the finance team on the run up to final payment
- Resolving and escalating any invoice, customer and supplier queries
- Assisting with daily reports and maintaining the quote register
- Other ad hoc duties to support the Facilities Manager

**Profile**

The successful Facilities Administrator will:

- Have strong Excel skills
- Be experienced in raising POs and credit notes
- Be available at short-notice or immediately

**Job Offer**
