The role

Brilliant opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to promote the Bupa UK PMI products and services, making sure our customers have a truly delightful experience both on and off-line

You’ll put the customer at the heart of your thinking and aspire to create content and customer journeys that bring to life the Bupa brand to drive member acquisition and engagement.

You’ll be a creative problem solver, an expert in digital content production and content engagement and be passionate about delivering the very best performance driven communications to our customers and partners.

What you’ll do
- Assist the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager with delivering on the team’s key KPIs, adapting and reviewing acquisition activities across our APC (Awareness, Preference, Conversion) framework, so that we meet our business targets
- Focus on a multi-channel approach to our communications and on media buying, performance and results
- Build strong links with colleagues in other functional areas and understand the relevant business processes to deliver campaigns within timescale and budgets.
- Work closely with the digital team and understand each of our core digital channels social / display / PPC /SEO to be able to challenge plans / strategies
- Support in ensuring regular reporting is being maintained and circulated to key stakeholders
- Lead and run acquisition projects that meet agreed commercial objectives and delivery deadlines to drive results.
- Lead on and create content to support business objectives and ensure content customers journeys are continuously optimised.
- Work with other members of the Marketing Team to make sure that all direct marketing communications are following the appropriate processes and are compliant and within brand guidelines.
- Brief creative agencies, review and judge copy and creative, and help to deliver all direct marketing communications, offline and online
- Get buy-in from teams across the business

You
- Energy and enthusiasm for marketing, with some great commercial experience.
- An analytical, results-driven creative thinker
- Impressive digital experience is key
- Media agency experience and ability to understand media buying
- Experience in digital media channels especially programmatic and social media
- Brilliant stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the confidence to challenge
