**Location**: Manchester M50 3SP / Hybrid
**Salary**: Up to £28,000 per annum
**Type**: Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours per week)

- Support the Consumer Marketing Manager to develop and implement consumer acquisition marketing strategies using awareness, consideration, and conversion frameworks.
- Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Product, Brand, Digital, Content, PR, Operations, Data, and Commercial Finance, to help drive the marketing agenda.
- Create and execute omni-channel marketing caigns, working with internal and external creative agencies, optimizing caign messaging across different channels.
- Monitor and report on caign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe.
- Support the Consumer Marketing Manager to optimize acquisition channels for maximum ROI.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high-quality asset management.
**What You Will Bring**
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing and communications role, ideally in a Financial Services organization or promoting an app-based subscription.
- Understanding of commissioning and working with external agencies.
- Understanding of supporting the delivery of communications plans.
- Ability to support the delivery of multiple high-profile projects at pace.
- Ability to effectively oversee delivery work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, project management, and keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong, determined communicator and negotiator.
- Resilience and confidence in your own and Bupa's ability to succeed.
- Acts ethically and honestly in all dealings with customers and colleagues, building compliance, authenticity, and trust.
- Capable of representing Bupa at various external forums.
