The role

Brilliant opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive looking for your next role in a customer focused marketing environment.

You’ll be passionate about the customer, with a desire to create content and campaigns to engage and add value to our customers.

You’ll get fantastic support to build your marketing knowledge as you help to bring Bupa to life for our consumers, to really demonstrate the value of their health insurance and encourage loyalty.

You’ll play a key role in explaining how our products work to make sure our customers have the right level of cover, the right product and understand the benefits

What you’ll do
- Support the delivery of a programme of dynamic and engaging communications tailored for customers across a number of audience segments.
- Create ideas and plans for engaging and relevant content and ensure we achieve cut through in a busy health content landscape by using the right channels and formats
- Ensure content journeys are optimised to deliver commercial impact, core KPIs and engagement targets
- Deliver customer communication journeys across the member life cycle
- Support digital adoption - driving up customer usage of our member apps and digital healthcare propositions.
- Support the running and maintenance of our member rewards proposition and supporting future loyalty initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product, service and the wider UK marketing team.
- Write, manage and deliver briefs to agencies and our studio and data teams to support best in class delivery.
- Support our sales team with collateral to support renewal conversations and campaigns
- Make sure all communications are compliant and follow financial promotions standards including the on-going maintenance and management of all assets via our internal asset management system (MMS).
- Support our remediation programme, helping us to deliver communications that explain product changes or any potential updates which members need to ensure they are fully informed about their product.

You
- Detail oriented, organised and ambitious
- Energetic and enthusiastic for marketing, with some great commercial experience.
- An analytical, results-driven creative thinker
- Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment
- An understanding of customer touch points across the whole marketing mix
- Experience developing and delivering content plans
- Ability to measure and track campaigns across all marketing communications channels
- Experience of marketing to consumer audiences would be great - in a Healthcare marketing setting would be amazing
