**Job Title: HR Administrator**

**Location: Blackburn / hybrid working**

**Duration: Permanent**

As our reputation for proficient delivery of complex projects grows even stronger, we have a need for a HR Administrator Lawyer to join our collaborative & supportive HR team based in Blackburn. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will perform a critical first line HR support function to our rapidly growing company.

**The Role: HR Assistant**

As our HR Assistant you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring and prioritising shared HR inbox - first line response and escalation where appropriate to relevant team member
- Administration of the HR/Company database(s)
- Raising contracts and offers for new members of staff
- Raising Change in employee condition letters
- Processing employee training requests
- Assisting with the annual appraisal process
- Provision of HR summary reports and statistics
- Co-ordinate regular HR inductions for new starters
- Support HR team with meetings/training events
- General HR administration supporting the employment lifecycle
- Ensure all records (both electronic and hard copy) are organised and up to date
- Provide administrative support to Head of HR and Advisors when required
- Negotiate offers, draft contracts
- Ensure a proper coming into force or amendments of the contracts.

**Profile**:
**Your background**:
You’ll be offered support in all aspects of your career with Assystem, but to succeed in this role you’ll need the following skills/experience and attributes:

- Good understanding of HR Admin Processes & HR generalist queries
- The ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work to a diverse task list
- Experience of working with SLAs
- Confident in dealing with First Line HR Queries
- Confident with data input
- Experience of creating reports
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong IT skills - including MS Office
- Ability to work well remotely (great communication, time & priority management)
- Willingness to undertake tasks outside of the day-to-day scope of the role

**Security clearance**:
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
