**Aim of Role**:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will support the Nurture Group in the recruitment and other HR related administration tasks for a small and busy team. Ensuring the smooth, professional and efficient running of the HR service provided to our internal customers and external applicants.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Partial responsibility for the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues
- Pre-employment (DBS) checks where required
- Creation and distribution of starter packs to new starters
- Creation and distribution of offer letters and contracts of employment for new starters.
- Handle employee documentation relating to HR processes and procedure
- Data Entry into our HR & TMS system
- Supporting in identifying improvements to working practices

To undertake any other duties that may be required within your area of your responsibility.

**Skills and Experience**
- Administrative support role ideally gained in HR or recruitment
- Strong database and systems experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service ethos
- A demonstrable ability to establish and sustain good working relationships
- Proactive and able to use initiative
- Practical use of MS Office Suite at intermediate level

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
