HR ADMINISTRATOR BLACKBURN + HYBRID AFTER TRAINING salary £20,000-£23,000 upon experience
I am currently working with a client who is an industry leader in their field based in the heart of Blackburn looking for their new HR administrator We are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year experience in HR who is used to a busy officeenvironment and has the ability to prioritise.
What you'll be doing
- Support the HR Team with all aspects of administration
- Assisting with new starters from preparing contracts and offer letters to conducting first morning inductions and administering all the new starter paperwork
- Ensuring employee records are up to date - ensuring reviews are conducted in a timely manner
- Follow absence paperwork, ensuring it is completed and filed
- Reward, Recognition and Payroll administration - monthly collation of payroll data, ensure changes to individual's monthly benefits and entailments are administered accurately.
- Ensure that any changes to individuals' monthly benefits & entitlements are administered across all relevant areas
