**Client Details**
My client based in Abingdon are looking to hire two Office Administrator's due to growth within the business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple Business Managers. This involves diary management, booking meetings/ eventsand travel arrangements.
This company offer hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
**Description**
Office Administrator responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining multiple diaries
- Organising internal and external meetings/events
- Coordinating and booking complex travel and accommodation requirements
- Ad-hoc Project team support on working location, events, and consolidation of travel.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
**Profile**
The successful Office Administrator's experience/ skills:
- Previous experience in an administration role supporting multiple people or projects
- Experience of diary management, coordinating/booking and managing high volumes of activities
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
