About the role This is a vital role to ensure the smooth running of our offices in Abingdon, Pontypool, Dublin and Leusden (The Netherlands). Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support on all office management activities, including Health and Safety, and will assist with fleet management. This is a varied role that will suit an organised administrator looking for a rewarding position in a fast-paced and thriving environment. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include: - Office administration, including (but not limited to) liaising with suppliers to ensure all office servicing and maintenance is carried out on time and in full, greeting guests and being the main point of contact for the office, maintaining stock of stationery, office supplies and uniform. - Health and Safety administration across all KFP sites - Fleet administration, including (but not limited to) maintaining the fleet system, booking services and MOTs, processing parking fines and submitting insurance claims. - Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by management. About you We are looking for an experienced administrator to take on this position. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you. You should feel comfortable managing and prioritising your workload, as well as working to multiple - often tight - deadlines. You must also be positive and self-motivated with a "cando" attitude and should have the ability to quickly learn to use new IT programmes and software. We have a collaborative culture so you must be a team player with the ability to communicate and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, as well as being able to work autonomously when required. Experience of health and safety administration is essential, and experience of fleet administration will be beneficial.
