support platforms. With over 20 years' experience, we work with some of the biggest household
brand names on the high street in fashion and hospitality.
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us as a HR and Office
Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to develop their HR knowledge in
a fast-paced, but supportive, environment.
Job Purpose:
This a vital role to ensure the smooth running of our office and further development of our HR
function. The post holder will assist the Head of HR with administration tasks, working together to
enhance the employee experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Assistance
- To assist the Head of HR with the recruitment and onboarding of staff, including drafting job
descriptions, interview questions, offer letters and contracts.
- To organise and deliver new starter inductions.
- To monitor and update training records.
- To maintain employee records.
- To maintain sickness and absence data on the HR Information System.
- To be a first point of contact for employee HR matters, escalating to the Head of HR when
required.
- To support the Head of HR with projects as required.
- General HR administration relating to the whole employee lifecycle.
Office Assistance
- To enable the smooth running of the office, ensuring all equipment is serviced and safe,
arranging repairs where needed.
- To liaise with Business Park Management when necessary.
- To support the Head of HR with health and safety management.
- To provide cover for departmental colleagues and administrators as required.
- To meet and greet customers/suppliers and providing refreshments where necessary.
- General administration, including minute taking, monitoring and ordering office supplies.
