**Job Overview**:
We are seeking two HR & Payroll Administrators to join our team on a fixed-term 6-month contract.

The HR & Payroll Administrators will play a pivotal role in administering end-to-end employee lifecycle activity and supporting monthly payroll tasks. These roles are critical in supporting both the HR and Payroll teams at this exciting time as part of the implementation project for our new HRIS.

**You will**:

- Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including arranging interviews, preparing new starter paperwork and coordinating pre-placement screening checks.
- Manage the offboarding processes, including exit interviews and leaver documentation.
- Take accountability to manage all other employee lifecycle processes, including probation reviews, contractual changes and HRIS reporting.
- Support the Payroll team in collation and input of all relevant information required for the monthly payroll; including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, maternity and paternity pay.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Previous experience of working in an HR or Payroll administrative position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
- A proactive approach, able to take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks to create a first-class employee experience.
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal channels.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
