We’re looking for a resourcer to join the HR and Recruitment team to support with our emerging talent recruitment. You’ll work closely with the wider recruitment and HR team to deliver a successful recruitment process, ensuring we attract the best junior talent to the firm.

We’re a friendly team that encourages forward thinking - you’ll be supported, coached and trained to ensure you have all the skills you need. You’ll gain lots of exposure to in-house and graduate recruitment, providing you with some great and varied experience for your own development.

What you’ll be doing as Emerging Talent Resourcing Specialist:

- Support with the planning and management of the recruitment process for early careers and junior roles including Trainees Solicitors, Apprentices or Paralegals
- Work with the internal stakeholders to plan, deliver and take part in assessment centres, insight days and vacation schemes
- Manage recruitment interaction through the Applicant Tracking System
- Have regular presence at law fairs and university events (virtual and otherwise) and to reach out to students
- Ensure the graduate recruitment website, and social media platforms are kept up to date to ensure attraction
- Support the Resourcing Business Partner in Business and Solicitor recruitment when able

What we are looking for:

- Experience of agency or in-house recruitment, ideally with exposure to the legal or professional services environment
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with ability to juggle conflicting demands while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Confident public speaker with ability to engage students both face-to-face and online
- Dynamic problem solving abilities and able to find creative, commercial and pragmatic solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are based in Leeds and operate a hybrid working model, so please expect to be present in the office at least 2 days per week. However, this role will require a level of flexibility as the number of days and specific days in the office can vary week by week.

Please note that this role is offered on a 12-month FTC. You will benefit from exposure to legal recruitment, in-house recruitment and emerging talent recruitment providing you invaluable experience in a competitive sector.
