CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting an Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our talent team located in Leeds.Key Tasks
- Develop excellent relationships across the wider TA team, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process
- Work collaboratively across the team to improve talent acquisition by identifying and sharing key talent
- Ensures corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles

Experience
- Experience recruiting at high volume within the Facilities Management sector i.e., engineering, administration.
- Able to work in a matrix organisation, prioritising, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders
- Networking and relationship management
- Customer focused
- Excellent customer service
- Stakeholder and relationship management
- Recruitment technology - ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping
