**OUR CLIENT**

We are acting on behalf of one of the UK’s largest and most well established full-service digital agencies. They take a comprehensive approach to digital marketing, with specialisms covering SEO, paid media (PPC & display), digital PR, CRO and content marketing, supporting both vertical and horizontal markets, so lots of variety and opportunity for further growth. They are a multiple award winner with an excellent client portfolio, and more importantly a company that has invested in providing an excellent working environment for its employees.

**THE ROLE**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Keeping up to date with industry news and feeding this back to the team and relevant stakeholders
- Take part in all relevant LinkedIn training to become a ‘’Super User’’
- Work closely with each talent acquisition specialist to understand the hiring requirements for each role.
- Manage and organise workload in line with agreed priorities.
- Building Talent pools and pipelines to help with future recruitment
- Manage reports to analyse activity, identify trends, successes, and areas of improvement
- Support the existing talent team in the delivery of recruitment projects
- Work alongside the internal marketing team to support the company’s employer branding.

- Organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
