To foster creativity and connection, we host regular hub days in key UK cities for brainstorming, learning, and team-building.As a Talent Partner, you will develop strong client and candidate relationships, lead end-to-end search projects, and expand our business into a new vertical. You will identify and pursue opportunities in new sectors of the pharmaceutical outsourcing industry, building and nurturing long-term client relationships.Recruitment Delivery: Supported with rich AI-driven technology and resources, you will own and manage the entire the recruitment lifecycle for roles, including client briefing, candidate sourcing and screening strategies, interview coordination, offer negotiation and pre-boarding.Relationship Management: Developing strong relationships with candidates and clients, sits at the heart of Vector's success. You will continue to grow into a trusted advisor.
