Role Summary
CitySprint is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Talent and Development Partner
to play a critical role in driving colleague growth and engagement. You will partner with business leaders to identify talent and development needs, implementing our talent strategy and delivering impactful management, leadership, and talent programmes aligned to our people and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
As a Talent and Development Partner, you will:

  • Enhance and drive manager and leader capability to deliver performance and engagement across all teams.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to assess talent and capability gaps, ensuring these are addressed with the right learning solutions.
  • Lead, design, develop, and deliver learning and development programmes tailored to individual, team, and business needs.
  • Support talent identification and development, prioritising delegates to focus on business-critical needs.
  • Support the performance management process, providing coaching for managers and leaders.
  • Analyse talent metrics and provide insights to inform strategic business resource planning.
  • Facilitate workshops, training events, and coaching conversations as part of broader programmes to build capability across the business.
  • Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to source and deliver learning solutions.
  • Embed CitySprint values across all learning solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on talent and development trends and best practices to continually enhance the colleague learning and development experience.
  • Evaluate all learning and development interventions, recommending continuous improvements in content and delivery.
  • Innovate and automate learning solutions to maximise impact.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience
We are looking for a passionate management and leadership development professional with:

  • Proven expertise in management and leadership development and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of talent management frameworks and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in learning solution design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Proactive, highly organised, results-oriented, flexible, and driven.
  • Experience in career pathway design and development.
  • Competence as a coach and facilitator.
  • Engaging and energetic delivery style.
  • Ability to use initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing practical solutions.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to connect and align activities to business needs.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer focus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Budget awareness and understanding.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification.
  • Psychometric Practitioner Accreditation (Insights, Hoga, MBTI, Saville, Level A&B BPS).
  • Relevant training qualification - CPP.
