We have a brand new opportunity for someone to join our Leadership, Learning & Talent team as an Emerging Talent Partner.

As part of our strategy, YBS is investing in our apprenticeships and this role will be pivotal in supporting us on this journey.

**About the role**

We are currently expanding our team to provide more dedicated support to emerging talent, to deliver a first-class learning experience, aligning to our business strategy.

As an Emerging Talent Partner you will work closely with the Emerging Talent Assistant to lead our apprenticeship and emerging talent offering. This will include providing expertise and consultancy support across the business, to ensure that our spend is maximised and we are using our levy effectively aligned to business strategy. Working with providers to ensure that we are offering a great learning experience, that our providers are the right ones for us, and that they're managed accordingly.

Identify and implement effective emerging talent opportunities that are aligned to our People plan, ensuring that the colleagues experience is cohesive, purposeful and effective.

You will be pivotal in shaping this new area of the team, whilst also raising awareness internally through effective planning and regular communications.

**About you**

You must have strong planning, organizational and communication skills. Solid evidence of an ability to consult and engage with a variety of stakeholders in the course of delivering work

You must have an ability to diagnose root causes to problems, using a variety of data points and enabling the building of impactful solutions to address.

We are looking for a self-starter who will have the passion to shape this new part of the team, to drive forward the programme of work and really make a difference. Therefore the ability to influence and make things happen is really important.
