**Job Description**:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting adults with varying needs, including those with disabilities, mental health issues, and other challenges. You will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive and individualized support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-cantered support to adults, promoting independence and quality of life.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Support clients in accessing community resources and engaging in social and recreational activities.
- Monitor and report on clients' progress and well-being.
- Offer emotional support and crisis intervention as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience working with adults in a support or care role.
- Understanding of the challenges faced by adults with disabilities, mental health issues, or other needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Work days:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekends only
