We are looking for outstanding Children Support Workers to join our friendly and welcoming team to support our growing family of supported individuals who have additional needs or disability statements.
- _Experience is not essential as we provide all the training you need to be a confident in your role. Whether you have a fast amount of experience or are new to the care sector, we want you shares our Values.

We need you to have a positive attitude and a desire to support our children to live their life with as much independence and control as possible. You will need to have caring approach and be very patient as some of your children can not communicate verbally. You must be confident in using a mobile device as care logs will have to be completed on our online portal when your on shift, you will also be booking holidays and submitting expenses via our mobile HR app too.

**What will you be doing?**

The purpose of your role is to provide support to our children who have moderate to severe learning disabilities.

This role is a Monday to Friday role from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm which will require you to do a sleep-in at one of our respite homes on a Wednesday every week which is paid at a set rate.

You will need to be able to work as a team as the service user in question is 2 to 1 so you will always have a second memeber of staff with you.
