Children's Residential Support Worker

- UK Manual Driving Licence Required
- **Pay**_ -£11.46ph - £12.63ph (£23,800 - £25,750pa) depending on experience and qualification
- £45 sleep rate
- Disturbance and Overtime pay available
- **Shift pattern**_- 1 on 2 off with a sleep in
We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our team at Helpful Investments. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping to provide our high-quality therapeutic care to young people as part of our integrated service.
You’ll be joining a dedicated team who have a passion for the important work we do. No two days are ever the same, which means we are looking for adaptable, motived and hard-working individuals who will have a positive impact with our children.
- **Responsibilities -**_
- Provide high-quality therapeutic care to young people.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure that all young people receive the appropriate level of care.
- Establish safe and favourable living conditions for young people.
- Establish behavioural boundaries for young people.
- Provide recreational and creative opportunities.
- Instruct daily life skills.
- **What we are looking for-**_
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Valid UK Driving License - required for certain areas.
- Passion and Enthusiasm from day one
