Children's Residential Support Worker

Fulbridge Social Care are looking for passionate, professional, and caring employees to work with children and young people aged between 8-17 with social and emotional difficulties and challenging behaviours.
As a member of our residential care team, you will endeavour to bring out the best in every young person by supporting and guiding them in their daily lives. This could be in the form of helping the young person at school, accompanying them to take part in an activity or simply assisting them in completion of general daily tasks, including morning and night-time routines and by attending appointments.
Our aim is to enable every young person to have positive experiences and to progress according to their individual abilities.

- **Able to commit to the following shift patterns: 8am-11pm, 3pm-11pm, sleep ins and waking nights**
- **Hourly pay starts at £9.50 per hour, upon completion of 500 hours worked this will increase to £10.50 per hour. £12.00 per hour for bank holidays**_
Casual working can be utilised as an additional income, weekend job or for many of our team, can be used to obtain full-time position in the very near future. We have an array of hours and shifts available.
