**What will you do?**
**In this position you will join our Project Services Hub (PSH), where you will play an integral part in a team of specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across all types of projects - including significant infrastructure projects.**
**We have an immediate vacancy for a Project Coordinator, who in this role, will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Aurecon projects. This role involves panning, coordination, administration and execution of initiatives to develop, modify or enhance a service or system.**:**Below are some of the things you will be doing to support “bringing ideas to life”**:

- **Develop specialism in Project Planning, Cost Controls, Information management and Project Reporting**:

- **Prepare draft project scope, goals and objectives, analyses customer or tender data to prepare draft project requirements.**:

- **Records and maintains project related documentation**:

- **Prepare draft project deliverables and work breakdown structure for work packages**:

- **Comply with sustainability and design safety requirements and industry standards**:

- **Seek to understand client business as a whole. Initiate and develop relationships with clients and peers**:

- **Continually seeks and responds to client feedback**:**What can you bring to the team?**:

- **Previous experience in administration and / or project related experience in a similar industry**:

- **Strong attention to detail**:

- **Proven ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment and have a flexible approach to work**:
