Operations Coordinator

**We are looking for someone who will**:
- Join our operations team to look after our busy team of consultants as they deliver projects to our clients
- Ensure that consultants arrive at the right place, at the right time, with the right information (easy, right?)
- Ensure that clients are equally well informed about work that we are delivering for them
- Liaise closely with the sales team on event co-ordination
- Liaise closely with finance on billing and expenses
- Ensure that we accurately schedule assignments, collect timesheets and bill clients
- Always pay attention to the details. Even the little ones.
- Actively participate in process improvement
**You will do this by**:
- Managing calendars across the team
- Scheduling internal and external assignments while anticipating possible conflicts, and solving scheduling issues as they arise
- Assisting with the planning of travel arrangements from time to time and project manage logistics for consultants and clients
- Working cooperatively/collaboratively with internal team members and external partners as needed - both on conventional projects as well as ad hoc requests
- Assist with coordinating internal and external events

- Can adapt to shifting priorities quickly and gracefully

- A good eye for detail and naturally good at sanity checking what is given to you
- You will have some experience of a role that demonstrates good organisational skills in some form
**The details**:
- Monday to Friday, we're flexible on your preferred start and finish times (around normal office hours)
- 27 days of paid leave per year
