We are looking for a highly capable Project Manager who can take ownership of our acquisition activity and internal projects, keep everything moving at pace and make sure nothing at all falls through the cracks.

This is a role for someone who loves taking big ideas and turning them into organised, committed and delivered outcomes. You will be the person who knows exactly where every project is up to, who needs to do what next and what is blocking progress. You will be working directly with our senior leadership team and CEO, helping to drive due diligence on multiple acquisitions and making sure strategic priorities land as intended.

About The Role

The main goal of this position is to take ownership of the due diligence process for multiple acquisitions and support operational delivery across some other business areas. You will coordinate stakeholders, chase inputs, manage documents and keep every deal and project on track from start to finish.

That will include:

  • Owning the due diligence plan for several deals at once
  • Coordinating finance brokers, lenders, lawyers and internal teams
  • Keeping all information beautifully structured and organised
  • Tracking risks, actions and decisions with relentless follow throughSupporting the creation of post acquisition 100 day plans
  • Helping the business embed improvements and hit its targets

You will be the person who ensures the business never loses focus on what matters. If something needs doing and you know it will help the company move forward, you will find a way to make it happen.
